I would not even say that I have severe dark circles and I tried this for over 10 months now and I still can't tell a difference. I decided to try something with Vitamin K in it instead....not sure the results yet, I will give it about a month at least.

Tried it as I was desperate to reduce my dark circles and bags and was even considering surgery. However, tried this and it really works over time. I've been using it for about 2 months and the dark circles and puffiness have reduced so much now that I only need foundation and not liberal amount sof concealor and Touche Eclat. The 'sleep' wrinkle under my right eye is also diminished. You get a slight tingling feeling but no redness etc. If your bags are bad try this.
