I am an associates African american woman and have a relaxer in my hair and since I was using chemicals in my hair it was dry and breaking off. Of course I was conditioning and clipping my split ends but I still didn't see my hair grow nor improve. So decided to buy Nature's Bounty hair ski and nails. I won't tell you that this was the main thing that helped my hair to grow. I also started to drink lots of water, took fish oil, started exercising, and changed some eating habits. But my hair is stronger and shinny. My nails are soft and grow fast. Also, my skin glows. So go and buy this product but don't buy it thinking this is all your body needs to look better. It also needs lots of love and patience. |
